It's my birthday!

Maybe it's the coffee talking, but when Sephora sent me a birthday message saying "May your birthday be filled with beautiful hair and pretty makeup!" I smiled. The image of a young girl saying, "Aw, pretty!" is so quaint and charming to me that just enjoyed it! Also, as I grow older I am discovering the small joys in just being a girl and not trying to find any larger sociological implications.

PS: I am re-gifting the present they gave to me. I don't really wear lip gloss.
