So Fantasticness. I met maybe one of the most well mannered and gentlemanly men in my life. Its been refreshing to meet Patrick and hang out with him. Besides the fact that he is in the abyss between cute and hot (which doesn't hurt him at all) he is completely extroverted and easy to get along with.
I brought him a kitty from my step grandmothers farm. He promptly named her Business, I call her Bizzy for short. So one week of talking on gay.com 3 days hanging out and 2 nights cuddling together here we are. Patrick lives in Bellingham and is going to attend WWU in the fall and get his degree in BioChem. Hella smart fella. And very passionate about the don't ask don't tell policy. He is a board member of the Military Equality Alliance group. I know I'm very much in the honey moon stages right now. Being completely infatuated and with a crush. But my goal is to just be myself. Which is always smart. I just wanted to share this bit of happiness that has walked into my life after a couple months of slight depression and frustration.
Its strange to have met another gay person that I'm interested and haven't kissed the person yet.
In other news, I start my new workout schedule and training probably thursday or friday, though it could be as late as Monday. This weekend should be filled with excitment. Friday night I expect to be in Bellingham hanging with Annie Castle. Then Saturday is my company picnic. Maybe I'll win a prize. Then probably up to Vancouver Pride for Saturday night. We will see though. I like having plans but I like being spontaneous too.
I start school again on August 15th. Its been nice to have a break from working on my Masters but now I need to get myself in the school mode again. Only one more year and I'll have an MBA. Its weird to think that I'll only be 23 years old and have a Masters degree. The only thing left is to have the experience to back it up.
I'm not really sure where my road in life is going to take me. My searches for jobs in California and Nevada have resulted in 0, zilch, nothing. But maybe thats a good thing. Maybe something/someone is trying to tell me that I need to be in Washington a little longer. I think a part of me too is saying travel the world a little bit as well. I think Jill and I are making plans to go to London after we graduate. It'll be part bachlorette party/graduation party. So should be hella good times if we can put it together.
I really need to get to Boston to see some friends. And can't wait to go to Florida to see Annie Castle and go to Disney World. Mt. Everest Expedition Ride here I come. SCARY! Well I wish everyone love and luck on the endevours. I hope for once that things I want in my life happen the way I want them too. :D
