Updates Updates Updates. So this past week was pretty nice. I was glad that I could catch up with some friends. Thanks Lauren for inviting me to some Bothell fun at Boston Pizza. The trip was totally worth the Sundae I got. It was so big but sooooooooo good. :D Plus I had a narsty drink of some cranberry, vodka something or other. Let me just say when you are expecting a fuffy drink the strong taste of vodka is almost sickening. But I did get and upside down pineapple which ended up becoming the community drink. I hope no one has MONO. :O
Went and bought World of Warcraft on Saturday and started an account. I think I started a character on Aerion Peak or something like that. So I need to know where everyone else is so I can create a character on the right server and join in the butt kicking festivities.
Saturday was a nice day. Went to the boring Burlington Berry Dairy Days parade. Yes Berry Dairy Days parade. Don't ask me how berries make dairy its just as confusing to me. (Joke by the way). The and this is going to sound VERY HICK but they had this tractor that used its crane to invert itself it was pretty awesome.
Of course I got a little red but it was well worth it. Being outside for like three hours was fun. Then I went to my dads did some laundry and helped him take crap to the dump. (Not that kind of crap, more like branches and leaves crap). Then had one of the best turkey burgers I think I've ever had.
Sunday was an interesting day. Went down to meet up with Jill and Luke and do some wedding cake testing. There was some good ones and some AWFUL ones. We tried this one carmel, chocolate buttercream icing one. Yeah total puke fest. It was NARSTY. You would think something with carmel and chocolate can't go wrong right.. NO.. wrong. But we found the most surprising and orgasm in your mouth cake though. It was an orange cake with passion fruit filling and buttercream topping. MUY BIEN! It was delicious and not at all what I was expecting.
The rest of the day was spent and Jills being deathly hot. But we played some video games had nachos and some pasta thing for dinner that Louise made. We also had a 9 round match of badmitton(sp?) I was the winner or on the winning team 8/9 rounds. Yeah for being a badmitton champion. Of course I found out that if people make body shots at me I'm screwed because I have no idea what to do.
So for the boring part of the weekend. Came home and pulled out my guitar but for some reason I can't find my tuner so I'm going to have to go to Hugo Helmer and buy one today. I also cleaned off my book shelves by looking through books I didn't want anymore. I also made a list of all the movies I have on VHS. Which apparently is a lot more then I thought and turned it into a list of VHS that I want to buy on DVD. WAL-MART here I come. There are still a few movies I kept on VHS becaues i don't think they will ever be on DVD. For example Teenage Mutant Ninja Turles Save the Easter Bunny.
I still do not have a status report on the job in California. I've been trying to get ahold of Diandra (who is in charge of interviews) to see if she has recieved my resume. Well time to get back to work. I've wasted a half an hour already. YIKES.
