Fridays are good days.
I watched the Longest Yard (laame movie, but i expect nothing less of an Adam Sandler flick)with Jax, De, and Miller after hitting Friday's to get a ladies' drink. It was a nice and relaxing evening.
Dr. Portko emailed me back and i get to meet with her in the next coupla weeks to review my personal statement for psych grad school apps... yikes, that's a reality check...that i LOVE! Look out, England! ;)
And, the ACS is currently working an internship into their offices for me, to start around Dec/Jan! WOOOHOOOOO!
Yes, things are goin' good. Maybe i really don't miss what i had in England quite so much after all. But i'll be damned if it wasn't one hell of a ride. I guess i'm just anxious for a change of pace, and something that scares the shit out of me, thereby making everyday an adventure of its own. Not that i cant have that here at all, but i like to go big or go home, if you're smokin' what i'm rollin' here. But for now, GR's been pretty darn decent lately, and i'm not in TOO much of a rush to get outta town. ;) You all are just too swell to leave behind just yet.
