I am the lump
My fanfic writing has been put off, mostly by my insatiable reading habit. It's time to get back on the ball. The good news is that the basic outline for my Lucius/Narcissa BDSM courtship story is just about ready to go. I need to get started on the actual writing.
"In Accordance With His Will" has run into huge snags. I wrote the prologue and part of the first chapter pre-HBP. In the state it's in now, it's utterly non-compliant. I could see continuing it that way if I had posted any of it before book 6 came out, but since I didn't, it seems only right that I make an attempt to bring it into line. Not sure if I really can. We'll see after I get it off paper and onto puter and poke at it.
Hopefully I'll be joining in the fanfic100 soon. I requested Tom/Harry. If I get it, whee! If I don't, I might write it anyway and just post it here. The prompts make me wriggly, like I've been infested by mutant plot bunnies and they're multiplying inside my skin.
I really should work more on this journal. I have character information to insert, HBP thoughts still to be posted, interests and things to be filled out, and oh so much more.
And on top of everything, I'm feeling an urge to draw Draco and Blaise, naked and together. Time to dig out a sketch pad and some pencils, I think. I have a great idea for it.
