[Plot] The reason why I have gathered you here... (Calling the Shadow Angels... and others)
Okay, so I've kind of had this thought - because I have L on my roster, and I've never really played out anything detective-ish with him, though he's supposed to rock his profession.
In the after math of Light's Demise, L will be kind of short someone to obsess over (though we may have resolved this, thank you, Alcuin).
Still, I had this amusing idea that I thought might be entertaining. So here goes. L, you see, has a bit of a voyeur thing going on. Canonically, he spies on Light, even in the shower. Soooo he might get a bit overly interested in his neighbors, if you get my meaning. The thing is, he's excellent at this, so he's bound to get away with spying on vanilla (or even badass) humans. So. Two things.
a) please tell me if you're wiling to have him spy on your puppet, and if so, what he might find out, over what course of time. He'll mostly be hoarding information, but this may come in handy eventually, and will of course color his further interactions with fellow Mansion dwellers.
b) Shadow Angels in particular: I'd like to request permission for L to investigate the group as a whole and as an agency, which of course includes the members, and to eventually have him make a lolarious post in which he invites people to, well, meet him. Because it could be very amusing, and I want to play out those exagerated tropes as much as I can. Because he's actually a bit of a hikikomori, though, L would not be willing to play an active role within the agency - he'd instead be interested in acting as an outside informer, without ever revealing his identity, of course. (See what we did thar?) I intend to play this for laughs, and have no desire to take over anything - but I'd like to be part of this too, in an amusing way, so here's my proposition.

P.S. Yes, again, me. I do have a lot of puppets. If I post one of them to the ooc com every day, I won't be done going through the roster within a month. INSANE I KNOW. I should be ashamed.
ETA: It just occurred to me that I should mention it - but of course the Mansion being a low-tech environment, he won't really be using many cameras, I don't think. I'll be consulting with the mods on how much tech can be involved, but at any rate, there's a high chance he'll be doing this with slightly obsolete tools, like pipes and other such means of observation, and polaroid cameras, old recording tape, and other such means of recording. And possibly other steampunkish ways of doing this, because I want to force myself to get creative.
