I want to genetically modify a unicorn to have a row of horns mohawking down it's mane. Perhaps splice it's dna with luminescent jellyfish so that it glows, I will call it a hardcorn.

hmmm, would it be too awkward looking to attach a chrome horn to a flight cap? Eh, nevermind, the idea sounds more like Rhino from the Spider-man comics than a unicorn headpiece. If I'm going for a super-villain look, I'd be stupid not to attempt the Dr. Doom look.
