If anyone should be awake early in the morning on Thanksgiving, they may hear someone bumping around among the pots and pans in the kitchen. If they venture in, they'll find the table and the draining boards laden with mixing bowls, vegetables waiting to be peeled and chopped -- yams, potatoes, green beans, a butternut squash -- measuring cups, and spoons. One bowl contains a mix of breadcrumbs, chopped celery and onions. On one draining board, a turkey, a duck and a chicken are lying on their backs, deboned and looking like either a highway accident or some bizarre genetic experiment.
At the moment, Tsuzuki, clad in a green apron and with a napkin tied around his head, is examining the spice rack and trying to decide what needs to be added to the stuffing. Given his track record with cooking, he's likely going to need a strong hand to keep him from over-spicing the dishes to the point that it induces indigestion in whoever eats it.
Thanksgiving isn't actually celebrated in his country, but any holiday that include a good meal is welcome on the calender. The main room will be an ideal place to set the meal, buffet style: it's hard to get everyone around the table at once. Besides, buffets are more fun since they make it easier to mingle; he's got it all planned, it's just a matter of getting everything ready for dinner later that afternoon.
Feel free to send your pups in to help with the cooking: given his abilities, or lack thereof, he's going to need all the help he can get.
Also, later on, feel free to send people to mingle at the the buffet in the main room. Hopefully, some of the dishes will be spared the fate of being over-spiced and over-salted, but if not, healers of all kinds are welcome to step in and assist the stricken.
