Echo had been cooped up all winter, waiting for spring to arrive. Sure, she had spent some time outside playing in the snow, but she's a nymph, and nymphs like warm weather. So when she saw it was getting nice out, she happily went outside

Echo wanders outside, pleased with the change in weather and wanting to enjoy the sunny day before it gets too hot in summer. If this place has a summer?

The crat finds lady!Echo and picks his way over the grass to her, watching what she's doing curiously.

Echo eventually notices the cat (!) and looks over at him, curious.

[the_crat]

Echo looks up at her. "Hello. I do hope I'm not bothering you."

[sanswords]

Well, that's interesting.

"...bothering you." She smiles--she's not too surprised by any sort of talking creature anymore.

[the_crat]

Echo sits down beside her. "Oh good. So many people here seem to be startled by me. My name is Echo. What's yours?"

"...what's yours?" Her mouth goes a little wide and she grins--she's never met someone with her name before!

[the_crat]

"Really?" Echo brightens a bit, his ears flicking forward. "It's very nice to meet you Miss Echo. I've never met anyone with the same name before."

"...name before." She blushes a little at that, pleased.

[the_crat]

"Have you been here long Miss Echo?"

[sanswords]

"...Miss Echo?" She shrugs. She's been here for over a year, but for a nymph, that's not long at all.

[the_crat]

"Oh, I see. Most of the people I've spoken with have been here a year or less. I wonder if anyone has been here longer." Echo thinks about that for a moment.

"Do you know anyone that has been here two years or more?"

"...or more?" She pauses a moment, thinking. She's certain Robin's been here for some time.
