Draco had not seen or spoken to Harry in weeks. Ever since they'd had that fight he didn't know what to do with himself and, feeling very lost, he'd stayed hidden away in a new room he'd found for himself. All alone

Here's someone whose own love life has been a bit shaky lately, and so he's willing to commiserate. Though likely, that isn't Draco's style. Even still, he's likely to be found in the kitchen, making some tea and throwing together a thick sandwich or two...or five.

"Yeah, I got more than a bit homesick, too, the first few months I was here," he says, comfortingly. "But this place was good to me: it brought my partner here at Christmas. Maybe someone you care about in your world will find their way here."

"Oh, well, that's perfectly understandable," he says, awkward now. "Anyone would feel that way if they'd been through what you have. There's no shame in it."

"So, can't say I've met you before," he says, taking another bite of his half of the sandwich and sitting back in a chair across from him.
