It took Cyrano a few weeks to finish up his play, to make up his mind on the casting. The results of the readings are finally posted one morning on the Mansion's billboard, in his clean, cold, intellectual yet flamboyant penmanship.

Our Nerva glances at the poster and can't stop smiling. Finally a part that involves actual speech! Although Phoenix brushes his hair with his fingers. What is wrong with my hair? He shakes his head. Never Mind

Perhaps someone can come over and bother him about it. (The role and the hair.)

Here's someone who will both bother Phoenix about the hair, and then perhaps try to help, if he allows it.

"--- whoa, what happened to your hair, precious?"

Yes, this would be Belize's way of saying hello.

[whutobjection]

"...Nothing. Why do you ask? And why are you calling me precious?" Feenie fiddles with his hair again, he doesn't get why people think his hair is strange, to him it's perfectly normal.

Then again Phoenix comes from a canon with far more crazier examples of hair. Compared to those, Phoenix's hair is quite tame. (And plausible.)

"Why shouldn't I?" Belize replies, and he's flirting outrageously - he canonically has a very strange relationship with lawyers. Particularly when they're straight. Or evil, like Roy Cohn. "Now, that's so... avant-garde," he note. "Very Yves Saint-Laurent, though I prefer Channel. More classy, you know? Less flashy. But to each his own, ma cherie."

Well we doubt Feenie is all the way straight. (Hello Edgeworth. <3) Still, he considers himself straight in his head. However, since Phoenix is Phoenix, he doesn't register it as flirting. Cause he's oblivious... or pretends to be.

"I don't know what you're talking about, this isn't for a style." He runs his fingers through his hair once again, Belize is making him feel self-conscious.

[belize_queen]

Don't worry, Phoenix, it's just flirting, essentially because Belize likes to fluster people that register as mostly straight. He wouldn't... stray, after having hurt Simeon so much last time he did.

Belize almost cringed - he expected that... hairstyle? to require a lot of chemical help.

"It's not? Natural spike, hm?" Can't help the tease. "Not saying it's awful, mind you. Just... unique."

Wink wink.

And our flustered lawyer has no idea what you are doing, Belize. (He is rather uncomfortable, the adorable thing.)

"Really, I always though my hair was normal..."

[belize_queen]

Belize chuckles, he's amused, and the urge to tease is irresistible. "Didn't say it wasn't - but I don't think I ever saw hair like yours. What's the hair scene like, where you're from?"

[whutobjection]

"Absolutely crazy. I've seen people with cinnamon rolls for hair, lighting bolts, one that looked like gigantic shapeless wig..." It's a testament to how strange the hair is your canon when the main character thinks that some of the styles are out-there.

Belize can't keep a chuckle. "--- Cinnamon rolls, really? Sounds tasty."

"I'm totally serious... by the way whats your name?"

He wants a name to the strange guy thats been teasing him.

[belize_queen]

"Belize," and he offers his hand out - but lady-like, for a baisemain, not a handshake. "And you, sweet cheeks?"

...And Feenie is confused. But he takes Belize's hand and gives it a strange, awkward nuzzle.

"Phoenix Wright, Defense Attorney."

[belize_queen]

"A lawyer," Belize chuckles, and is grinning wide, amused. "Well, it's been a while since I met one of your kind."

Phoenix then looks less uncomfortable.

"You know some Attorney's?"

[belize_queen]

"Who doesn't?" Belize shrugs gracefully. "They're pretty hard to miss. "Gay boys in suits." Wink wink nudge nudge.
