Eeyore would not call himself Adventurous. He thought the Expotition to the North Pole was a foolish notion, but that had proved less silly than he expected (except for Roo falling into the stream and Not Grabbing Onto Eeyore's Tail when he had the kindness to dip it into the water and got it All Numb). Most of the time, he's trudging through the snow to get to the stable in order to get his daily straw and hay -- he might be a plush, but he needs to eat. But other times, he's found snoozing by the fire, curled up on the cozy bed that Neville made for him at Christmas, or reading picture books.
Other times, he's nosing along the corridors. He's a bit grumpy that the snow has buried his house in the weedy part of the garden, but that can't be helped. He's likely to be found more or else underfoot most anywhere in the Mansion. If he's stepped on, he'll likely grumble, but a kind word and a pat on the head or some greens from the kitchen will get him back to his usual endearing gloom.
Have a grey plush donkey wandering about the place, getting underfoot in the oddest places and being generally grumpy.
