[Open] From the crib to the ride and the clothes

Nov 29, 2010 11:33

For a variety of reasons, Belize hasn't been as busy as usual. It's not a bad thing, he reckons, because he's made an offer to a nice kid, and he wants to keep his word.

He's ganked a bunch of possibilities from various wardrobes, snitched some make up and curlers, and he's set up shop in the common room.

Though the set up is primarily intended for ( Read more... )

Have a tall, blond, amazon of a nun with a foul mouth to match Belize. Although she can be friendly if approached right.

Eda isn't in her habit, nor is she in her 'off work' clothes. (Which would call for a emergency makeover due to pure trashiness.) Instead she is a t-shirt and sweatpants with her long hair in a bun. Although her omnipresent glasses are always on. She felt lazy.

Eda notices the clothes and makeup. "You settin' up shop?"

Belize looks over his shoulder to the new face and gives her a quick (but thorough) once-over.

"Sort of. You," he informs Eda, "are in dire need of my service."

She pushes up her glasses. "...Yeah. I know I kinda look like shit." But you try looking good with only one hand, and like we said, Eda is feeling lazy.

"You look, sister, like something the cat dragged in. Sit down."

Hm. It's been since September. Realistically, unless there was an amputation... she should have both her hands back by now, I think?

She sits down and pushes up her glasses.

"So whos the handsome fella thats gonna make me pretty today?" Eda is open to a makeover, even in the Agency, she had to depend on fellow female agents to make her look halfway decent. It's one of the reasons why she was sort of fond of Roanapur, she could dress and look any old way and no one would give a shit.

Good point, although the wound is quite deep, so I imagine it might take some time to heal. (Eda can move it, but not too much, it hurts like hell.) However in a couple of weeks, it should be better.)

"Name's Belize," he informs her, "And you are?"

He keeps eying her, trying to decide what to suggest. He particularly looks at her chest, though there's nothing sexual in it. "Is that a D-cup? I never know with girl body parts."

That's because he's not particularly interested in them, of course.

Makes sense, just wanted to clarify because I was getting the impression of complete incapacitation. XD

"Eda, pleased ta meet ya."

She's rather ok with the looking, in fact is rather... shy for once. She folds her arms over her chest a little. "Triple D actually, and before you ask, they ain't fake." Eda is a big lady and normal D's would disappear on her. Besides, the Agency doesn't allow implants for field agents.

So yes, Eda has hit the genetic jackpot, naturally blond, blue eyed, and stacked. She has Barbie genes.(Although Eda actually hates this.)

We're going to refrain from making any size-related jokes, but the situation is tempting.

Meanwhile, Belize blinks. "Seriously? Whoa, girl, you're packing. Might have a hard time finding you something decent."

Sometimes the typist thinks that a constant danger involving Eda is that if you hug her. Suffocation by boobies is a real bitch.

She shakes her head. "Seriously. They are my best friends and my worst pair of enemies all at fucking once."

Without them, she would almost be a man. With them, however coupled with her blonde hair, she's never taken really seriously. (She's also almost a dead-ringer for her Beauty Queen mom, who Eda detests.) She had to go through hell to earn respect during her early days as a agent, and in Roanapur.

Some headmates of Belize's insist that it would be a perfectly acceptable way to die.

"Ever considered a mammoplasty? They were starting to do them before I left New York. Not that I ever could perform one." He wrinkles his nose. "Not into surgery."

The typist can probably guess that most of them are men. And a couple of Eda's headmates facepalm as well.

"Ugh, once considered it, but I don't take pain well." (Although she doesn't like her looks, Eda isn't above using them for a advantage. She also doesn't look right as a brunette.)

"Hey, that's the whole point of anesthesia," Belize replies. "Not that it changes anything - I'm no doc and the one we have in the house probably wouldn't be able to do any plasty."

She shrugs. "Oh well, I guess I'll have to live with my tits. They're not all bad though."

She takes off her glasses and opens those glowing, blue eyes. They are rather pretty. "Well, if nothing can be done about my clothes, how about my face?"

Belize reaches to touch Eda's hair. "How about a haircut? We'll see about some make up after that."

"A haircut?"

Eda is hardly a girly girl, but... she's a little apprehensive about cutting her hair, she honestly doesn't know how she'll look about her long, blond tresses.

"What kind are you thinkin' of?"

Belize plays a little with Eda's hair - typist is assuming she's sitting, because the drag queen is not very tall and could otherwise not reach to touch Eda's head.

"I'd start with handling those bangs of yours," he says. "Get that nice and clean - it can't be convenient having those locks in your eyes."

Playing with her hair still, he adds, "I'd keep some length, but give it a shape. Something low maintenance, I think."
