[Open] From the crib to the ride and the clothes

For a variety of reasons, Belize hasn't been as busy as usual. It's not a bad thing, he reckons, because he's made an offer to a nice kid, and he wants to keep his word.

He's ganked a bunch of possibilities from various wardrobes, snitched some make up and curlers, and he's set up shop in the common room.

When 11-12 sees Belize he immediately goes over to him with a smile. "Hi."

[ooc: Sorry to be so slow with threads lately! Work has been hectic and horrible and my concentration is bad. But as mentioned a while back these two should talk again!]

"Hey there," Belize replies, and he grins a little as he looks up at 11-12. "Found your good ol' white slacks, have ya?"

[ooc: And I fail at ooc notes! It's quite alright, sweetheart, I've been failing too <3 And good to see you and yours, and particularly 11-12~!]

11-12 looks down at himself. He's indeed wearing his usual clothes.

"They're comfortable," he says. "I don't think I could wear those ones you picked out for me before. They were a little tight..."

[belize_queen]

"They were also sexy, but whatever floats your boat, hon." Pause, a calm smile. "You look well."

Happier, actually.

His manner is more relaxed too.

"Thanks. So do you. Um, I don't know about sexy..." He certainly didn't think of himself in that way.

[belize_queen]

Belize looks amused. "How about you take my word for it and accept the compliment?"

[villageson]

"I... Thanks?" He's blushing slightly.

[belize_queen]

"You're welcome," Belize replies, chuckling. "Don't worry, hon, not hitting on you. Just giving you an earnest compliment. Take it."

"I know," he says, blushing even more. "It's just strange to hear."

"And I wouldn't mind if you were," he mumbles.

[belize_queen]

Belize can't resist. "--- what was that?"

Whether he's heard it or not is not exactly clear to anyone.

".... I do like you, you know."

[belize_queen]

Belize is quietly pleased. "You realize I like you too, right?"

[villageson]

"Yes, I... I do have a boyfriend though. So we couldn't do what we did before."

He does still find Belize very attractive, however.

And Belize isn't taking back his compliment either.

"I know. It's alright. Things with Simeon aren't any simpler, but he was upset when I told him what happened. I think I don't want to upset him again."

[villageson]

"Oh. I'm sorry..."

[belize_queen]

"Nothing to be sorry about, hon. It's just the way it is. Who's the lucky guy?"
