[Open post] Lurking in the shadows
Tristan has been quietly observing the comings and goings at the Mansion - he's been hopeful, he's been disappointed. His lady hasn't arrived - will she ever, he wonders? - but neither have foes, and neither have those who knew him in Cornwall.
He's gone hunting, has killed off a rather large stag and is now quietly carving meat. He'll be smoking the majority of it, but there is some fresh meat to the side, some deer hide drying outside, and a dog chewing happily on a bone close the the kitchen's entrance.
While this knight isn't particularly looking for company (forgive him for being rather asocial at times), he will be polite to anyone who accosts him. Despite how bloody the scene is, he would never hurt a fly. (Really, he saves that for dragons.)
