And here's a fellow with more than a few tricks of his own, who's currently running a tracking spell, using a bit silvery hair wound around a twisted spill of paper with what look like some odd looking letters written on it. But when he spies Gellert's light show, he pauses to watch, amazed.
Gellert doesn't notice him at first and continues drawing in the air, creating pinpoints of light which burst out brightly, glistening as he waves his wand again.
He chuckles a little at this obsequious gesture. "Pleased to meet you. ...So, are you a wizard of some kind?" he asks. "You must be pretty talented to pull off something like that."
"Yes, I am a wizard and that wasn't very difficult," he says with confidence. "I just have to do something to amuse and entertain myself. Perhaps a few others if, like you, they happen to walk by."
"*Everything*-everything?" he asks, curious and a bit puzzled. "Fire magic? Water spells? How about manipulating shadows? I know one guy who can do that and he's only one of two shadow masters in my world."
"Whoa!! That's... that's awesome! I've never seen anyone *anything* like that before," he cries, laughing and clasping his hands with an almost childlike glee. "You're incredible! You really are!"

He points his wand to the side and draws water from nearby. It arches across through the air and glistens into a rainbow.
