Walking back from the woods with Anto, the dog suddenly peels off and goes bounding into the stables eagerly, shoving his nose against Cara's leg - or trying to, should Cara move away, and probably with plenty of tongue, too.

A brother follows close behind, blinking, and seems startled for a moment, half opens his mouth to tease, and...closes it again. This doesn't look good.

Wanders a little closer. "...Moryo?"

So...do you think I can send Faraday or should I wait because of her and Ines? *pets Cara* Also, what would he think of Jaenelle?

It's probably telling that Caranthir doesn't react to Anto at all. It's even more telling that the brother doesn't move when hailed - and even more so that he doesn't talk at all.

He might have trouble stringing sentences together for a bit.

It's up to you? He'd love to see Faraday, but we can wait to wrap that thread if you think it will make a difference. Re: Jaenelle, that's also up to you to send her, he's vastly despondent, but heck, you never know, maybe she can help.

Cue: worry. A lot of it. So we'll be crossing the distance, then, and putting our hands on Cara's shoulders, giving him a gentle little shake. "--Moryo? You're there, right?"

"mfine," he manages to mutter, his face still buried into the horse's mane. Other than that, though, he's barely reactive.

"...you are not fine. You're not even close to fine - what happened? Is it that - bard again?"

He just shakes his head, shrugs, and doesn't turn to look at Celegorm.

"--then what is it? What happened? Who did something to you?"

And this is brother working himself into a little bit of an angryface, because seriously, upset little favorite brothers are not going down so well.

Eventually, he shrugs. And then blurts it out.

"I told Nelyo."

"--you-"

And there is really - well. Yeah.

He gets it.

And now he is a little steamed. "---he didn't - get mad at you?"

Of course, Cleeg's brain just doesn't get mad at brothers. Unless they hurt Ar, sorry Curufin.

"You'd be pissed if someone killed your twins, wouldn't you?" He shrugs. "I just --" he sighs, rubs his face. "I didn't know he was involved with Elrond too. I was hoping for counsel, or -- something."

Don't even say that, Cara, it makes Cleeg lurch sideways and feel for a moment like he is falling, fast and hard. He tries to gather himself. "Of course I - but it isn't your fault. And it's been so long-"

"Not for them. I don't even blame Nelyo for his anger." He shrugs. "I just wish...." and a long suffering sigh.

"Yes, but-"

He digs in his heels, suddenly, and says, "I'm going to talk to them about it."

Oh, that has him reacting. "Oh no you don't," and his tone is firm.

"I'm not going to just let you rip yourself apart again," he says, fiercely, "Over something that wasn't your fault."

"Tyelko, I appreciate your sentiment, but it was my fault," he replies, tightly.
