[introduction] as the blood flows red between needle and thread...

"Ooohhh."

With a heavy sigh, Favrielle lets herself fall in a comfortable chair, enjoying every bit of cushion against her stiff body. She spent half a day working without a break -- it always happens when she's intent on finishing something -- and all that she'd like to have now is a cup of strong scented hot chocolate and a long nap.

"Anything else you might want me to do?" asks Livia, her assistant. She actually made ready to leave, it seems, so Favrielle waves her away. She's too tired for words, really.

She's content, though. The anguissette's attires are almost finished; they need a couple of adjustments here and there, but nothing consistent. Favrielle knows she'll shine in Khebbel-im-Akkad's sun, like a goddess descended on earth, spreading blessings and smiles among mortals. Phèdre sometimes has that effect, and truth be told, sometimes Favrielle's clothes do help in that respect.

On this tone, she'll drift into sleep, slowly but surely, and in a while she'll open her eyes again, and realize that she's not familiar with anything around. She's still sprawled in a chair, quite comfortably, but this is a room way larger than the work room where she fell asleep, and there's no familiar item around. She leans on an elbow and looks around, cursing under her breath and wondering what happened.

Any inhabitant of the Mansion may come across this young, lovely lady, her hair fiercely red and her eyes sharp gray, a spray of freckles on the bridge of her nose. She'll wear a loose pale yellow dress, a sleeveless dress somewhere in between Regency and Antiquity.

Name: Favrielle nó Eglantine
Fandom: Kushiel's Legacy (Jacqueline Carey)
Media: Book
Other relevant info: Favrielle is taken from that point in Kushiel's Avatar when Phèdre requested two riding outfits for her subsequent travel to Khebbel-im-Akkad. She isn't aware of Phèdre's journey, of what became of her in Darsanga, of her final triumph. Maybe it's for the best since she won't know too much this way ^^. She has no idea of the events in the following trilogy. Extra: Fav has a temper and is not afraid to show it. She's also the most talented clothier who ever walked in Terre D'Ange, apparently, so we pardon her a lot.
