[Mingler] Love Potion Mansion Time
Twilight Sparkle has been busy collecting the ingredients for the love potion she and Sophie had discussed, and it has not been the easiest of experiences: she had to substitute a tuft of fog for a tuft of cloud, but she had found a glass prism to create a rainbow to distill the colors from. But anything to help her best human friend is a delight.
"Now we just need a feather to stir it," Sparky says, standing before the pitcher of rainbow-hued liquid which sits on the work table in her room.
"I know where to find one!" Sophie says, running out of the room and returning with a feather shamelessly stolen from someone's hat. She pulls a feather from the great hat, holding it up. "Well, we've got two more if we ever need them! May I stir it?"
"Sure you can! It just needs to be stirred very slowly and gently," Sparky replies, consulting her notes.
Sophie dips the feather into the pitcher and slowly stirs the concoction. The colors in the mixture swirl together into a soft lavender and the liquid takes on a sparkling quality, like ginger ale. "Is this right?" Sophie asks after a small awe-filled sound.
"Yep! That's the way it's supposed to look. You did a good job," Sparky says, smiling at her friend.
"Let's take it downstairs to the kitchen where people find it," Sophie says. "I hope my mom and dad find it first. We'll leave it there and then I'll got get them! I'll tell them it's a new soup we made."
"Oh, that's a great idea. It's a little like punch, but soup works, too!" Sparky replies, hovering a tray from a shelf nearby. Sophie takes it, putting the pitcher onto the tray and taking it up. The two of them head down to the kitchen to place the pitcher....
Later in the day, people might spy a tall, glass pitcher containing a fizzy lavender mixture, sitting in the middle of the kitchen table, along with some punch cups conveniently placed nearby. It smells sweet, even tempting...

Effects include falling head over heels in love with the first person -- broadly defined -- that the drinker sees after drinking, and that includes spouting nonsense of the "snoogy-oogy sweetie-pie" variety, staring into each others' eyes, holding hands, and various puppy love stuff. The effects should wear off if the two sweethearts can be separated for an hour or at the discretion of the typists. May result in ensuing embarrassment or amusement.
