It is winter, and it is cold. Outside, the wind has begun to pick up, shaking icicles from the trees and blowing snow from the frozen surface of the lake to mix with the white flakes beginning to fall from the gathering clouds. At first the weather appears unremarkable, but then the falling snow becomes heavier and the wind stronger as it grows into a blizzard to rattle the windows and drive most sensible people safely inside.
Or perhaps not so safely, for the storm was not caused by truely natural forces and those with a sense for magic might know it. That magic is not stopped by the mansion walls, and some inhabitants might find themselves affected...somewhat strangely. And some few who are familiar with magic and looking very closely, might even notice the presence of the being responsible. Try not to hold it against him, he didn't really mean to.
First Carpe crackplot! Those magical effects that could affect your character for a duration of your choice might be: turning into a child, changing genders, changing into an animal of the typist's choice, or seeing a minor illusion of the typist's choice.
