Spying the sign, Aramat eyes the office with wariness. She doesn't trust psychologists at all. Still, the Doctor is a woman, and the name looks rather familiar. She comes in.
Helen gives her a reassuring smile, and seeing as this patient seems uncomfortable, she’ll reach for the teapot at her side, and the spare cup and saucer.
She may recall Aramat's link to Muraki, but at the moment, she believes she can make abstraction of it. In the interest of transparency, though...
"Before we begin," she says, "it is my duty to disclose that I may be in a conflict of interest, due to our shared acquaintance with Dr. Muraki. It is not an issue to me, bit in the interest of trust, it seemed right to let you know."
She stares at the tea cup for a while, then answers.
"I'm not sure. I have little trust of people in your line of work. It was a bit of dare of myself. But perhaps I needed unbiased, ungrudging ears to speak to. I... deal with a lot of things."
Helen nods, makes a listening sound. She won’t ask about Aramat’s previous experiences in therapy - she supposes it will come up later.
“It is helpful to have a counterpart, when trying to sort one’ story,” she agrees. “I will only act as your interlocutor, and we will this into a coherent narrative. Would that be acceptable to you?”
"I think I have an addiction. It's so bad I have to replace that addiction for somethings that are equally questionable. But it keeps me out of trouble, it keeps me calm... for the most part."
"Hello?"
It will only last for a little while, she hopes.

She enters in fully and offers a hand. "I am Aramat Drawdes."
Does it sound familiar?

"Welcome, Ms. Drawdes. Would you kindly close the door, and come in?"
I don't *recall* Muraki mentioning her, but I'll check with Ref when I can. <3

"Thank you, I... don't have good experiences with this sort of thing, I'm sorry."

Besides, he isn't the problem here.

“I understand,” she says, simply.
And a sip of tea, to transition back to the heart of the matter.
“So what brings you to my office this morning, Ms. Drawdes?”
