Galadriel has been re-learning to walk, slowly but surely. Her convalescence has kept her isolated from most of the drama around her uncle Feanor's arrival, though she could feel that something was up all the same.
This is most likely the reason that she is around, walking painstakingly from her room to the common room and the kitchen, in the hopes that she might find relatives and get the pulse of the situation. Thanks to the tender and loving care she received, she can stand and walk some, though she still limps a little. Somehow, that does not prevent her from being as graceful as she usually is.
