Sie lets hir head fall back on a pillow and lets hirself drop off into a doze; in the process, hir breathing stops, hir heartbeat stops, hir skin temp drops to the same temp as the ambient air and sie doesn't have the usual twitches and shifts in position that a person sleeping might have.
