[Open Post] Learning to Let Go
It's been some time since Yukio has arrived in the mansion, it's been a year and six months, exactly.
During the first year, she was adamant on not letting go of the life she left. Not only to keep the fond memories in her heart alive, but to punish herself for failing everyone she knew, including Ginji. But this way of thinking made her miserable, bitter, and resigned to the idea that this place was hell.
Her ideas were wrong, she's met plenty of wonderful people here. People that are happy in the light... This place isn't hell, and perhaps her fault can be forgiven. Yukio was far too honorable to be a criminal in the place she was. She was also far too young. She knew it, Ginji knew it, everyone knew it.
At least now, Yukio can start to let go. One early morning, she dresses up with Ginji's re-sheathed sword in her hands, heading towards the forest, she intends to leave the sword there. Perhaps it might help some warrior against the creatures of forest, or perhaps it might rust and get destroyed by the elements... either way it's not hers anymore.
OOC: If your pup is going to the woods and perhaps looking for nice Japanese steel, perhaps you can convince Yukio to give the sword to you. If you're not in the market for sharp weapons, she'll be hanging out around the mansion.
