[Open] Blissfully oblivious

Caranthir has been mostly out of sigh - possibly because he's been with the girlfriend, enjoying some torturous rest - hyperactive elves are restless when forced to rest. Then again, maybe he's just been avoiding his father like the plague.

He's in his room, frowning at the walls and wishing for the freedom to get out. His leg doesn't hurt anymore

Faraday will come back - she's probably only been away for a little - with tea and an attempt at meat and knock shyly on the doorframe before edging inside. She gives Caranthir a little, affectionate smile. "--hello again. I brought you some food."

He looks up - he might have been lost in thought. "Alata --" and he comes over, takes whatever she's carrying in to put it on the table, and just puts his arms around her.

She sinks into his arms a little, and embraces him back, kisses his cheek. "--hello," a little bit breathless, maybe, "You always act like I've been away for so long..."

It's because he worries, darling. "-- I wouldn't want to miss a chance to be close to you," he whispers in her hair. "Does it displease you?"

"No - it makes me feel special, is what I meant. I like it." She blushes a little. "It's unexpected, that's all."

[elven_irs]

He reaches to touch her face, lightly. "You are special." And he kisses her, because that feels good, and he loves her.

[adoe_adeer]

"Your food," she starts to say, but is happily cut off by being kissed and blushing at the same time. Not that she minds, ohhh no. "You say the sweetest things to me..."

He kisses her again, softly. "Because you deserve every one of them, my sweet."

More blushing- "I'd let you do it more if you let me say the same kind of things about you, you know-" Because it's worth an effort, even if she is dubious at best of her success.

He growls and kisses her once more, nipping at her lips. "Silly woman, talking nonsense again."

"I am not. You are a handsome, brave, wonderful-" ---blush but she goes ahead with the thought anyway, "Virile man, and I don't take it back. So there." She smiles at him, though?

[elven_irs]

His hand snakes down and he gropes her bum, shamelessly. "Virile, heh?" Another nip. "Give me ideas, why don't you...." There's mischief in his eyes, and he's almost smiling.

She blushes, and squirms, laughs. "I could do anything and it would give you ideas," she murmurs. "But you have food. It'll get cold. Maybe if you're very good I'll even feed you and you can be lazy all you like."

[elven_irs]

He laughs, then, and nuzzles her. "Woman, drive me wild, why don't you." And he flops on the chair, tugs her to his lap. "Feed me?"

"I'll have to get up to get the tray," she says, but leans forward to kiss his nose, and is perfectly happy with being tugged. And with being on his lap, honestly. She never minds being with him.

[elven_irs]

"Stupid tray can wait. You're busy." He wraps his arms around her waist, possessively, and kisses her back, almost nipping at her lips.
