do you know what's a really bad idea? getting up at 6:30 am for swim practice, after going to bed at 1 (so i was REALLY tired). Eating salad for lunch and dinner (so I hardly ate anything). Lifitng weights for 2 hours in the afternoon, and then drinking. bad idea. i only had 1 shot and 4 games of beer pong (which was somehwere around 4 or 5 beers since we were kicking ass) and i threw up a shit-load. i kept having to run back to the bathroom. that was no good...no good at all. at least i think i feel fine enough to make it to class tday. kind of a good thing that i started throwing up at only 11.
