absolutely cannot believe it. or maybe i can. i mean, i was my lucky socks, my lucky visor, my lucky bracelet, my red shoes, and i had my lucky bear, and thank god i thought to to bring in a tree twig so i could knock on wood every time someone said something stupid like we're number 1, before the game was even over. being at the dome with 11,000 other fans was insane. being on marshall street afterwards was insane. and no one thought we could do it. maybe the stupid sports critics should think a little harder next time, because apparently experience doesn't mean anything and freshmen can bring home a national championship! have i mentioned i love gerry yet? and carmelo? well i do.
