Things I've discovered about myself: I am a total pack-rat. That's the only way I can justify having kept most of the things I own. Like a bread wrapper I got in Japan that says "A Taste of The Bread". But then, that's funny.

Next up is my clothing, which I've been avoiding for several years.

Also, was listening to Left Behind as sung by Hunter Parrish. Near the end, my dad yelled something unintelligible at me from the next room. This was about when Parrish went into this kind of horrible high-pitched whine, so I was inclined to agree with the unintelligible yelling in the next room.

You know, I'd never heard of Hunter Parrish until someone used him as a PB for an absolutely precious Ganymede (in the literal sense), so I liked him because I'm terribly shallow that way, but you know I don't find him that attractive and now I know that he can't sing. In conclusion: Nooooooooooo my first impression!

In other RP news, I just shouldn't invite personal friends to anything I'm in, because I almost inevitably quit.

In other semi-RP news: Aaaaaugh TJ Thyne get out of my life!

In book news, I'm reading both Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norrell as well as Dreams From My Father. The former is very good and I recommend it to anyone who happens to read this entry, and the latter I'm reading because it's a requirement for freshman class and expository writing. It's So Okay It's Average (caution, link leads to TV Tropes). The writing is pretty good, the story clicks along, but more often than not I end up flipping through to see where the next chapter is (average chapter length is 20-30 pages, not too bad), and if I didn't have to read it, I probably wouldn't. It's kind of maddening that way. Unfortunately, I have to finish it by the 2nd of September.

In other book news, I've been going through my old children's books, and I have found one that I really like. If you can find it, it's a version of Alice in Wonderland illustrated by Eric Kincaid. The art is entirely too gorgeous for words.
