spring break is here!
so it's not even spring yet, but my break has started! hooray! the claremont colleges had to endure about eight weeks of school before a break. straight from winter break to spring break! no president's day, no martin luther king jr day, no lincoln's birthday, no washington's birthday -__- oh, but we get cesear chavez day off on march 31st. ?!?
anyway, i drove up to concord (home of the blue devils, baby!) with my roommate johanna and tam. 6 and a half hours through rain and hail. my right rear tire was flat for who knows how long. it wasn't until we got to johanna's house where her dad saw that it had about 5 pounds of air in it when it should've had something around 30. so we took it to costco and then costco told me that the front left tire had a huge gash in it and that had to be changed as well. so we got to berkeley really late on saturday :/
berkeley was fun!! um, more about that later. today we took the BART to san francisco and hit up H&M. oh god, so nice. definitely blew a lot of money, but oh well. it was really tiring and cold. now i'm back at johanna's house on her dad's computer typing this up. i will continue this when i get home. it's time for me to take a shower and get to bed!
