Snupin is one of my favourite pairings so naturally there are many works I like on the
snupin santa exchange:
FIC:
Tea and Turkey by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin/Sirius Black
Rating: NC-17
Genre: Established Relationship
Warnings: Threesome
Summary: Set in an AU which diverges from canon about mid-book 5, Severus, Remus and Sirius are all living together in relative happiness - there are just a few issues, which happen to emerge around Christmas time...
Why I liked it: I have to admit that I am partial to Threesomes and realistic descriptions of them. Not much may happen here, but the author described very well, in my opinion, perfectly, how a threesome works, has to work, in order to maintain a certain balance.
30 Days of Winter by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: PG
Genre: Romance
Warnings: Genderbending
Summary: Snape is suffering under a curse that will slowly turn him into a woman. If he doesn't receive a kiss from the right person before the end of the month, his transformation will be permanent. But there are consequences for kissing the wrong person and soon Snape is on an increasingly desperate quest to find his perfect mate. Set in a post-DH world where nobody died
Why I liked it: I love femme!Snape. It is one of my kinks. I love genderbending stories that are written well. And I know that in order to write this kind of cliché one really needs to be a good writer! Also, I love Post-DH fics, in which everyone is still alive.
A Clock That Never Strikes by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: NC-17
Genre: Dark, Drama, Angst
Warnings: Dark AU, violence, substance abuse, character death
Summary: Remus and Severus are dead, but the crow will not let Remus rest until he has had his revenge.
Why I liked it: The story’s writing captured the inky darkness of the Crow perfectly!
How it Came About that Severus Snape was Heard Humming to Himself in the Halls of Hogwarts by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: PG
Genre: Romance
Warnings:
Summary: Epistolary POA-narrative
Why I liked it: I adore epistolary fics. Everyone is so perfectly IC! What makes this so amusing is how Severus doggedly pursues Remus, while Remus tries to evade him in a more and (increasingly less) polite manner.
Remains of the Alligator Snapping Turtle (Macrochelys temminckii) by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: NC-17
Genre: Post DH, AU, Drama/Angst, Humour, Mystery/Suspense, Romance
Warnings: Reference to a past consensual relationship between teenagers.
Summary: Remus starts a new life as the owner of The Snapping Turtle Café in a werewolf colony in Indiana, US where he meets Severus Snape again, who now goes under “Stephen Stallworthy” and has no recollection of his former life.
Why I liked it: This story was clever, funny and mischievous. Remus is so conflicted, and Stephen - Snape - is wonderfully out of character. Or not.
ART:
The Stupendous Snupin Film Club by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: PG
Genre: Comedy, Humour, Romance
Warnings: None
Summary:An introduction to muggle films with Lupin and Snape. This could be fun.
Why I liked it: Film nights at Remus and Severus! Together they watch amongst other movies Star Wars, The Sound of Music and even An American Werewolf in Paris. Remus is so cute! And Severus is adorable!
Bond & Sick by Anonymous
Pairing: Severus Snape/Remus Lupin
Rating: NC-17
Genre: Angst, Romance
Warnings: Bondage
Summary: The entry consists of two art pieces. One is in colour, the other is a black and white sketch.
Why I liked it: I loved Severus’ white, thin body in chains and collar. If you don’t care for bondage the second image will be more to your tastes: Remus in his bed after his transformation, with Severus holding vigil. Severus looks very pretty in this.
