SNUPIN SANTA 2014
The Last Goodbye
I have been away from HP fandom for a while now but I would really like to take part in that last Snupin Santa because Snupin has been one of my favourite pairings.
Maybe I'm only imagining it, because HP was my first fandom, but I feel no other fandom has been more personal. Most of my fandom friends I know from LJ and HP fandom. I started chatting to a lot of you guys over HP fic and various pairings, but I rarely experience that atmosphere of personal exchange and closeness in The Avengers fandom (where I am playing at the moment) and surely not in the The Hobbit fandom (I'm prepping to write my first Thorinduil fic); it's all more like a coming and going, a lot of very young fangirls, some of them extremely gifted, publishing stories, then moving on to the next fandom.
Despite being enthralled by new fandoms I have recently begun writing a Snarry, re-reading old Snacks and generally developing nostalgic feelings about Severus Snape. I'm not sure if this is a good idea but I thought for which will probably my last Snupin fic, I'd like to offer you the choice of a sequel from following options.
My first fanfic ever was a Snupin, written for the Retro fest in 2008 I think.
The Addiction, which also had a great dael of SB in it. I was at that time still unused to unwritten rules of fanfiction, which becomes very clear in the way I handled the characters.
Over the years a few have asked me about a sequel, and I have often thought about it. It would still involve Sirius and probably end in Sirius/Severus/Remus, but I thought I offer this as a potential Snupin Santa contribution.
In 2011 I wrote The Audition for the Snupin Santa which never really satisfied me. In fact, the fic was supposed to be longer, span over four years and be a Fame AU. More sex, more music, more drama was planned but alas, I ran out of time and then I submitted this halfbaked awkward mess. The poor recipient! I'd like to make amends in finishing what I started.
In 2011 (obviously a productive year) I also began Naked (I think for this one you have to be logged in to view it, because it's NC17), a contribution to LMOM2011, which still has a place in my porny, depraved heart. Due to moving, exhaustion, unemployment and a whole host of other issues I left it unfinished, but maybe you think it's worth finishing it?
I understand you're all superbusy, but yeah, it would be nice to close the circle with finishing a story. Tell me, which story I should finish! Here is a poll! *Proud*
