'Only Lovers Left Alive' Portraits in Toronto

As much as I adore Hiddleston, I am getting a little tired of the perpetual suit, although I find it interesting how the suit is his usual uniform these days. Not only a suit, but a three-piece-suit? It's an armour.

On one hand I think he tries to look older than he would-getting away from the boyish-ness. After he got hired for Thor no one ever saw his curls again, and since The Hollow Crown he is mostly seen with a goatee or at least a well-groomed stubble.

His smile and his posture have changed-the first Thor promo pics show him wide-eyed and grinning, now he squares his shoulders, has his hands in his pockets (the power stance), narrows his eyes slightly. His smile is more controlled (mostly).

I read an interview somewhere where he referred to himself as a "middle-class Englishman" which I found amusing: even if he were not a highly sought after actor, he is also still a member of the Vestey family, (one of the most wealthiest families in England).

Also, I happened to come across a piece about his San Diego Comic Con stunt as Loki and there was actually an entire bunch of negative comments. I was stunned. Am I so blinded by my adoration for him, that I can't fathom anyone hating him? I do get that he's not everybody's darling, but ... who could possibly hate him?

oh, before I forget-watch out for random pics featuring Tom Hiddleston and Dan Radcliffe. My over-eager imagination has them making dinner plans :P
