something that i enjoy about him is that, in many shots, his buoyant personality makes him look so funny and charming, but in others there's an adult gravity that's very attractive. truth to tell, that one gif of him adjusting his collar and looking suddenly dead sexy gets me every time i open the file. yum.

His joie de vivre really does belie the fairly major stuff he's been through in his (relatively) young life. It's nice that he can still be so full of joy. I hear it keeps you young. (Not like I'd know.)

ah yeah, i know about getting the joie de vivre kicked outta you. i have it in bursts, mostly after i've sneaked too much regular into my decaf.

And he is still appealing! This should not be attractive! But it is in some strange Cory way.

Perhaps he's doing the Frankenteen? It's the dance craze that's sweeping the nation. In Cory's head.

Welcome back! I was reading about how like half of CT is still powerless this morning and wondered if you were one of the unlucky ones. I'm glad to see you're not.

Thankfully we got power back last evening, our neighbor texted Luis and let him know when we were at mom's who got power back sometime before she got home from a rally she was on.

He'd borrowed a generator from a friend and we'd had a little heater going the night before that really for me did jack squat. LOL. But I could plug in my computer at least to charge it and write.

But yeah, power. Sigh. Also my writing class starts tonight, it was supposed to start last week, so we'll get a make up I'm guessing at some point.

Geesh still half the state has no power, yikes. I swear if I had to go more day without power I was going to explode from insanity or something. I was already pretty overwhelmed anyway, from fleas and procrastinating the packing which I can't do anymore. Plus the upstairs neighbors over us really do drive me crazy, getting over to the house again will be awesome for no upstairs people clomping around like they are clog dancers.

Living without power is so awful; we are completely dependent. I read that it was really awful down in New Haven, which is weird, but whatever. One of the people on my friends list is there and he's been conspicuously absent since the storm, so I'm assuming he's still without power. The article I read Monday said they're trying to get everyone back online by today.

I hope your first writing class was good! And I hope you don't kill your neighbors before the big move.
