Did you see the arm pat? Before he left for the modeling agency, Danny made sure to stop by Martin at the board and give him a bit of a pat/squeeze good bye. That and the conversation about apartments was fun, but yep you were right about them taking away the subtext!
Yeah, he'll get his TLC. I just wanted short and not smutty so I wouldn't still be laboring over this thing tomorrow. Since it's not really a fic. It's just Subtext Theater. Totally different animal.
Yes, I remember the boytouching. I usually have to type these things up, post them, then reread them fifteen times before I remember everything. So it's possible no one ever actually reads an entire subtext report. Guess I should type them up in Word or something first, but what's the fun in that?
I wished I'd payed more attention to tonights WaT. But, alas, I actually read Lance's book through it. I might have this one on tape, so I'll have to look.
You know, I don't think I've ever told you, but I love your subtext reports.
Also, the Greg/Nick? Fabulous. (And I *love* the icon.)
Well I read fic during CSI and wrote fic during WaT, so I wasn't really paying attention either. Just enough to catch the highlights and report back here. I'm very glad to hear you're enjoying the subtext reports; they're much more fun when I'm not talking to myself.
Also, the Greg/Nick? Fabulous. (And I *love* the icon.)
I understand. And it's fun to read about the stuff I miss. *grins* Plus you make it so interesting ... Not that it wasn't before. But it's like a cool version of twop.
Loved the Subtext Theatre...it was just perfect. Greg taking care of his Nicky...so sweet.
As for WaT, you are so right. They are so living together or at least spending alot of time at Danny's. Isn't that sweet? I adore those boys. I caught the little pat/squeeze, but I think I missed the other one. Thank goodness for my VCR, I can go back and watch it again.
And a little note to whoever is running the wardrobe department...please, please throw out the horrible shirt of Martin's...it's just bad, bad, bad!
Thanks as always for the subtext report and I'm looking forward to tomorrow's as well.
Oh, Martin and Danny definitely have A Thing by this episode. Except, you know, when they don't for fic purposes. But the subtext on this show is truly unbelievable.
Glad you enjoyed Nick and Greg. I figured since they haven't gotten any face time together in over a week that I should do something to rectify the situation.
Gosh. This has suddenly become my favorite Nick/Greg episode. I'm sure I remember that scene...
But they cannot fool us, because we all caught the fact that Martin has been staying at Danny's place in Queens, and obviously driving Danny a little crazy complaining about the commute from the old neighborhood.
Hee! Yes! Poor Martin, stuck in the wilds of Queens. That's practically the frontier. It must be love.
Here I thought I was dreaming the boytouching in the conference room (I was doing something else and just caught it out of the corner of my eye). Nice to know it wasn't a hallucination. It won't help to wave around Sam/Martin or the chaperones, PTB- when the boys need to touch at work, it is too late to shut the barn door. That horse done gone.
Of course you do, it was right after the credits. Shame they had to fade to black that way, but it is a family show.
Pity poor Martin, being put up by his doting boyfriend, and yet not being put up in the style to which he is accustomed. Maybe he could take some of the money he's saving on rent and go get himself a decent shirt.
You definitely did not hallucinate the arm touching. I thought I did too, but Rachel saw it as well so obviously that horse really did leave the barn, as you so aptly put it. They can't kill the slash -- they can try to fend it off for awhile, but there's no way they can take it out completely. This episode renewed my faith in season two.

Aw, you don't like his "I'm a huge dork" shirt? I think it's part of his rebellion against his family. They raised him to look stylish and classy? Well, he'll show them!
I have no idea what Danny's excuse was, though. He's a big Cab Calloway fan maybe?
Who in their right mind thought it was a good plan to put an FBI agent in a three-piece suit? A waistcoat, for Christ's sake. It makes NO sense. None. A fed in a waistcoat. ::boggle::
Yeah. Compared to that, Martin's dork gear makes perfect sense. At least his shirt, ugly as it is, is in character.
Now I'm picturing Danny swing dancing. An amusing image, and yet...no.
Okay, first of all, yay for icons and surprise fic! I clicked on the LJ cut, saw the first sentence and had to click back to check whether there was something saying you'd written fic. Anyway, that was great. I can't wait until the 2 eps tomorrow night.
AS for Danny and Martin...I hate the checked shirt. The checked shirt is evil. The checked shirt must die. *coughs* Ummm, anyway. I saw the touching and went "squee!" It was great. And the apartment comment, oh yeah. Heh.
It's not fic, it's a Very Special deleted scene from the original script. Really. I just found it lying around and felt it was my civic duty to post it.
Ahem. Right. Danny and Martin are both fashion-impaired. It's a tragedy.

I say we deserve bathtub fic, Caroline.
