Hey, remember the last time I took requests? I am keeping them in a file in Google Docs, and every once in awhile I open it, poke at them, and despair at my lack of follow-through. But hope springs eternal and all that, so every so often when I poke at one of them, something happens

Very sweet. They did look silly with those hair cuts...and all of them looked trashed by the end of the season. How much time inbetween the two seasons? It can't be that long. No wonder it's such a young man's game...besides the danger the work alone will wear them down to a nub.

Two months between seasons this year, though of course it depends on how soon they finish how much time they get off.

Freddie looks good in a mohawk, but Jake and Josh just cannot pull it off. I love their stupid adorable faces anyway.

(I totally had to go find DC playing...it's always on here during the day...and find out who Freddie was. He looks pretty good period. Yes, I agree. He can pull off a mohawk.)

I'm off the Tucson for some military wives function that I couldn't whine my way out of. I hate them, hatehatehate them because all the wives/othersofnote all talk about how many car bombs and dead soldiers happened since the last time they all got together and I kind of fall apart. What was I trying to say??? Oh, yeah. I'll be off the net for a few days while I'm gone. Be back Sunday afternoon sometime. Have some fun while I'm gone.

Ew, that sounds horrible. I wish you had a reason to skip it, but I know how much pressure there is on the wives to show up at that nonsense. I will be thinking good thoughts for you this weekend. Try to shut them all out and just think of Nick and Greg on a private beach somewhere after a morning of surfing. Wetsuits unzipped halfway, sand stuck to damp skin, embarrassing fruity drinks and stolen kisses under a beach umbrella, that sort of thing.

That is an excellent idea. If anyone asks what I'm thinking about I'll tell them I have a new meditation technique that helps me with stress. ::nods::
