I did a little defriending just now. There might be a little more in the next few days, I suppose, but I'm keeping it to a minimum. Basically if I cut you, it's because you're into a pairing I don't want to hear about, or we just don't seem to have anything to say to each other anymore. And that's okay! I do read my entire friends list, but if you are not reading me anymore you should feel free to defriend at will. I promise not to be offended. Though if you're not reading me anymore, then I guess you won't see this anyway.
I will say these two things, just FYI:
1) Twitter feeds do not constitute LJ entries, and if people wanted to read your tweets, they'd follow you on Twitter. LJ is designed for substantive posts; Twitter, not so much. The two don't correlate, and if that's all you're posting these days, again, you are probably not reading this anyway.
2) I've said it before, I'll say it again -- Pornographic icons are not work-safe. Some of us have jobs where we read our friends lists occasionally, and when pictures of nakedness pop up, it is problematic. (In fact, some of us have jobs where we're supposed to bust people for that shit when they do it on public computers. Imagine how well it would go over if I got caught with porn on my screen.) Maybe you don't care, and that's cool, I guess, but I work crammed into an office space with eight other people, and there is no such thing as privacy there. I can't have that stuff on my friends list.
In boring RL news, I have ants again. I have a suspicion that my bug guy blew me off this month (though they charged my credit card right on schedule), and he best get his ass out here tomorrow and spray, because I do not put up with ants in my house.
