I came home from work early with cramps. I did contemplate going to a party tonight, but there was just too much pain. However! The pain has finally subsided, and now I'm just chilling with a Canadian and some homemade nachos (so not on my diet) and waiting for the Trick-or-Treaters to arrive. So let's play a Halloween game, which I lifted from

There wasn't much about their life that was normal.
There wasn't much about being a hero that was normal, and even if there was, Matt definitely hadn't expected to find himself raising a kid with Mohinder, of all people.
He didn't pretend to be any good at it; half the time Molly had to tell them how this whole parenting thing was supposed to work. She'd reminded them to get candy to hand out to the other kids in the building, and she'd nagged them every day until they finally took her shopping for a costume, complaining the whole time that all the good ones would be gone.
But there'd been a surprising selection left, and he'd groaned when she finally settled on the perfect one. He grinned as she raced into the living room and twirled around, holding her cape out behind her.
"How do I look?"
"Like the toughest Superman on the block."
"Superwoman," she corrected for the thousandth time, even though she'd rejected the Wonder Woman and Batgirl costumes for the Superman costume she was currently wearing. But she was happy, and that was what mattered, so he let her grab his hand and pull him toward the door. "Come on, we have to go before all the good candy's gone."
"Okay, okay," he said as she tugged him straight past a laughing Mohinder.
"Sure you don't want me to stay and hand out candy instead?" Matt asked.
"Not on your life," Mohinder answered. He leaned in for a quick kiss, then shoved Matt out the door after Molly. "Have fun."
"Fine. But next year it's your turn," Matt called over his shoulder as Molly pulled him down the hall.
And maybe this was about as normal as it got for them, but Matt had 'normal' with Janice once, and given the choice, he'd take this every time.
