Sorry, sorry, it's just that I really want the next part to be from Nick's POV. It's sort of imperative. But I'm working on it, so if I don't finish tonight then tomorrow for sure.
Oh, I am all about the glossing, particularly when it involves boring conversation that nobody really cares about. Also, I don't really like to write anything that involves any type of party-like atmosphere, including dinner parties. So I skipped the torturous prelim and moved on to the part everyone's been waiting for. Sort of ; )
I've finally read the last few chapters that you've posted and wow, you sure chose a heck of a place to stop. This story is so fantastic. I love it.
But the next part! Finally some bom-chicka-wow-wow. Or at least I hope there's some, for Nick and Greg's sake. They're ready to tear each other's clothes off. Please don't deny them that :)
Heh. You sound like someone who does not trust me very much. Don't worry, I'll get the next part written as soon as I get back from standing in line at the post office.

Okay, I can be patient, I can be patient, I can... anyone else not buying that?
Needless to say, I loved it, especially the joke about not wanting to sleep with Grissom. And of course, how you worked in the crush on Warrick ^_~
