I wasn't really worried, but thanks. There's a lot of backstory in the movie and laying it all out would have made the fic way too cumbersome. Glad I got enough of it across that you were able to follow it.

I've mentioned I love you right? That story was just wonderful. It exceeded my expectations. Your stories always do. It was quite warm and lovely. It definitely calls out for a sequel. One explaining why Lenny seemed to know what he was doing at the end there. I hope you write more in this fandom. So many wonderful possibilities for it.

You're very welcome. This is definitely going to have to be a long, involved series, because I really want to deal with Lenny's issues of homophobia. It's not like he suddenly just got over them, and in the movie he totally rags on Paul because he thinks he's 'a fag', as he so eloquently puts it. It's a weird little exchange that gives Spence the chance to stand up to Lenny, and that, of course, makes Lenny fall even more in love with him. Boy's got issues. But he's not a talker, so it's going to be miscommunication central. My favorite kind of fic.

He's like an impoverished, thug life Baby Brett. No wonder I'm crazy about him.

It sounds like he does have issues. In that first fic the impression got through that no one was really thinking. That they were just acting and not really sure of what they were doing. They both seemed unsure and confused. So I figured there would be a sequel where they start to deal with the ramification of their actions. The fic left me wanting more. Wanting the guys to start dealing with the things they were trying very hard to talk about. Plus, you know more porn is always good too.

I can't wait to see where you take the boys next.

i had the Pact on tape in like 1999 but never bothered to look up fics for it because what were the chances of fics existing for this movie, right? And I'm so grateful that your lj isn't locked or purged because it might have taken me 20 years to find my way here but i just read the fics and i LOVE them!!!!! My only regret is not finding them 20 years ago, lol. (asfjrfjh honestly just to count the actual number of years since 2003 kinda made me do a doubletake like no that can't be right)
so anyways yeah, THANK YOU for writing the fics and for making sure they're still around!! :D ♥ and please post them to AO3 if you haven't already! to make sure they'll be continued to be kept safe in case LJ goes down!
