Monteith Monday: Winn Stanning Wrap-Up Edition
I spent most of my weekend stanning for Winn, by which I mean that instead of doing anything useful like writing or cleaning my house, I made a bunch of gifs. Nobody else was going to do it, though, so what choice did I have?
I like to think that not only do they tell the only story worth hearing from Thursday's episode, but they also tell the story of Private Hudson in my current Winn series. It's win/win! No pun intended.
Finn goes to visit Will in his office, because when you're feeling lost, you go to the people who love you no matter what.
Look how happy Will is to see Finn! Look at that smile. Also please note how Finn holds onto Will like he's the only lifeline in the turbulent sea that is Finn's despair.
And then Finn cries on Will's shoulder (with bonus face-burying) because he knows that Will is the one person he can trust with his Man Pain. Also Will can stand up to Finn's giant hands. They're pretty big, you guys.
Later, Will declares his love for Finn in front of the entire Glee club. This comes as a shock to no one, because he's been doing exactly that for three years already.
And Finn knows without a doubt that he's in exactly the right place for him, no matter what happens.

I do love a happy ending. ♥
Unrelated to the above, I discovered something about myself this weekend. I am an ex-smoker, and as an ex-smoker, other people's smoke has never bothered me. Until this weekend, when I discovered I couldn't stand the smell for even a few minutes. I spent most of the weekend sick, I think as a result of standing outside among smokers for really maybe only a minute or two. This morning I am covering the Periodicals room and one of the guys reading the paper is a smoker. Just the smell coming off his clothes is giving me the worst headache/sinus pain.
Weird. I had no idea your sinuses could become this sensitive. I always thought people who complained about scent sensitivities were just being dramatic. I can't stand to be around perfume wearers anymore either, and I used to be one. I hope the surgery fixes this problem, because it's super uncomfortable.
