I can hardly stand it!
Tomorrow morning the Nobel Peace prize winner is announced for 2007... will it be Al Gore? I just got back from Austin where I was lucky enough to see him give his "Inconvenient Truth" speech - which he is constantly updating. I had already seen the movie, but the passion that he evokes in the live audience is amazing. During the speech, I felt so many emotions, from sad to mad to energized. Not only does he evoke passion from the audience, but he exudes it as well - showing the passion that everyone said that he did not have when running for President.
Either way, will he announce his bid for presidency after the winner of the Peace Prize is announced? I'm hoping that he has been holding off so that politics don't get involved in the Nobel selection. When I wake up tomorrow I hope to be greeted with some exciting news!!
