It's 10 mins by bus to Slimelight or Camden, less than 5 mins walk from Holloway Road tube station, and 5 mins to Finsbury Park station. Shops, including two supermarkets, are just around the corner at the Nags Head junction or on Seven Sisters Road.
The rent is 460pcm inc council tax.
