Finally an UPDATE!
It's been waaaaaay too long since my last update... sorry to those who may actually read this...
Here's what's been going on:
I've been living in Rock Hill all summer, it's been an interesting summer. I spend July 4th with Rabyn and others at her house on Lake Wylie, it was fun. I turned 21 on July 12th, I was in Beaufort for that. I went to North Charleston with my mom, grandmother and aunt on my birthday and bought a wedding dress, it's gorgeous and is being delivered to my house here in the thrill in October some time. Matt, Liam and Adam helped me celebrate that night and got me very drunk, they're good friends. Matt, being the awesome man he is, bought me an iPod mini for my birthday, it's pink and I love it. I booked my and matt's honeymoon. We're going on a cruise to Mexico for a week. We splurged and got a balcony room... WHOO HOO. I'm so excited.
The 50th Beaufort Waterfestival started the weekend after my birthday. Matt and I and our friends worked as the productions team for the fifth year. It was a lot of fun and a lot of hard work. I saw a lot of people I hadn't seen in awhile and was able to catch up with them. I met Seth, my friend Danielle's (indie_danielle) boyfriend, they got sucked into helping us. The band Kansas played one night, they are sooo old and worn out but they played a good set. They're the ones who play Dust in the Wind and Carry on Wayward Son. yay.
So then I came back here to Rock Hill and have gotten back to work. Stacy, Kirstin (kir5454 ) and I went to Charlotte to get Stacy's rook (a part of her ear) pierced. We got lost and had to phone a few friends to navigate our way around to the place we were looking for. We finally got there 10 minutes before they closed. I decided to get my nose pierced while we were there. It looks really good. It hurt, but it was worth it. My family is going to kill me.
Anyway. I think that is enough for now, School starts soon, August 20 something-ish. I have lots to do in the meantime. I'm helping my friend Erika (glass_slippers) with props for a play she is directing- I have to be at rehearsal at 9.I'll write more later.
