So. Tired.
--I swear this time after I update the company phones I am going to write simple step-by-step instructions so that it's a) easy to do next time and b) easy for SOMEONE ELSE to do next time. This takes forever. It's not hard, it's just annoying. I got the job because I've done it before and I have a nice speaking voice. It's so hard to be me. *Dramatic sigh* ;)
--Oh my goodness, I am so tired today, I want to do a face plant on my desk. Well, actually I would like to go home, put on pajamas and go to bed, but I'd take the face plant!
--Today my new boss asked me why I'm always on the computer when he looks in my office. Which makes me feel so guilty. And it should, as right now I'm updating LJ from work. But I also have to say, almost everything else I do requires writing in some form or another or internet access for our security program or reading files on the computer from my predecessors at this job, as a lot of our records are in electronic form. So, in conclusion: I goof off too much and he's a jerk-o.
--I'm already planning what kind of bag I want to take as a purse/tote for the World Cup and what kind of travel accessories I need to get. I haven't taken a two week long trip to somewhere that's not a home of my relatives in well over ten years. :o I've become a great short trip packer because we travel so often, but packing for a really long period of time is tough.
