Today I went to the Expo park with friends. We played soccer for hours (five). Extremely fun. Although Daniel kept getting all moody and it was getting everyone all edgy and I ask, "Why the hell do you come if you're going to be that way?"

I got a ride to the bus stop from Dyanna's dad, and the bus took a long time. About a half hour, which isn't as long as the Valley buses, but it's extremely long for LA buses. Anyway, when the bus finally arrived, I got on the bus and as it was leaving, I realized that the old man that had waiting at the bus stop for  a lot longer than I had got left behind. I suppose that the driver didn't notice that the man was going to get on, but when I told him that the guy wanted to get on, he didn't attempt to stop and open the doors, even when we were right there.

I don't know. This was hours ago (four) but it's still bothering me. I feel guilty because I could have helped the man out. He had bags he was carrying and that's what slowed him down,  but I didn't notice that he was not on the bus with me until the doors were closed and we were in motion. I felt guilty.

So now as I sat here, thinking about what to type, I keep thinking about him, and I hope that the second bus didn't take so long.

Hope is a funny thing, it is.
