Time to turn in the 67 yr old, worn knee. When I can no longer genuflect to Mother Nature to keep my garden weed free, when I cannot enjoy a walk or sleep through the night because of pain, then it is time to take action.
First we tried a brace - that kept slipping & when tightened put too much pressure on the lower leg circulation. Next we tried steroid shots into the knee, which helped & felt pretty good for about tree whole days! Now I am going for the gold - a total knee replacement.
Surgery is scheduled for April 27th, here in Malone. I like my doctor, he has good fashion sense. ;)
