How We Spent Our Thursday
We have an interested party coming to view the Potsdam house on Saturday. Woo-hoo. Fingers are crossed for both her and us. The house is so nice & in a wonderful location in the village, it just wants the right folks living in it.
John and I spent the entire day, today, doing last minute things to spiff it up: he repaired a couple of broken window panes in the garage where the wind blew down a limb; cleaned the winter debris off the patio; rebuilt a spot around a basement window with cement...hard, guy stuff.
I cleaned inside, vacuuming, mopping, straightening, moving some bits of furniture to make it look better where other furniture has been moved out already; and packing books. Always packing more books.
We ate on the run & wore our little selves out. Now we are vegging.
