Garden success
The gardening guys worked wonders in the back garden, I'm very pleased.
The towering nettles, japanese bindweed, assorted ivys and unknown varieties weeds have disappeared and instead I have clear beds. The guys also brushed off all the moss covering the patio and removed the pile of rubble left by the previous occupants (eight years ago!).
As requested they left the roses, geraniums, clematis, jasmine and honeysuckle so it's not entirely bare. Now I need to invest in some bedding plants to fill out the beds before the weeds return. Not sure what though, I'll have to convince boy to drive me to the gardening centre at some point.
Now I need to tackle the joint electricity and the buildings insurance. I'm hoping by mentioning it here I'll be able to guilt myself to stop procrastinating and actually start getting it sorted. I'm not that hopeful though, I have a gift for procrastination.
