TS miscellany
Just went over to the Moonridge site to check out my offerings and they're up. \o/ Started looking over the claims wistfully. Darklady (she who wrote me fantastico prisonfic last year) is asking for 'S/G are known and respected but Jim or Blair don't make the cut' which is an interesting concept. I wish I could take her up on it as thanks but my writing mojo is deader than a picked clean skeleton in the Nevada desert and I have unfinished Moonridge fics from previous years.
Speaking of Moonridge, pattrose, do you really mean $10 for 50K fic? Because that's reading like 50,000 words and that's epic like whoa! If you mean file size you might want to edit your claims to word count instead. You'll get more takers.
Just the other day, I got to last minute check my story in Warriors 6. It's very short and IMO funny as hell. April was looking for stories to go with some of Lisa Adolph's drawings and I took a look. She's very talented BTW. One of her drawings fit a plotbunny I hadn't gotten around to writing for last year's mmom (It's May again. Go read masturbation fic! *g*). Re-reading it months later, it's fluff but I'm pleased with it. I hope you guys enjoy it (April's offering it both as a zine with quality art and an on-line zine). I can't wait to read all the other stories.
Pimping the Table Leg Challenge over at ts_allstars. In honor of GM's birthday this month, we're having a pair Blair up with anybody and everyone (except Jim) challenge with no length expectations. Comment fic anyone? The challenge is up for the whole month. If you're not a member, email me or janedavitt to post for you.
