This weird guy from Silverton chopped his Grandmother’s Chihuahuas head off and then (accompanied by his unsuspecting Grandma) went to the post office and proceeded to mail it to some unsuspecting would-be victim.
After his Post Office officials seized the package and the story was broadcast on the news his Gran recognised the wrapping and then turned him over the SPCA. The guy said the reason he did what he did was for some Friday the 13th Satanistic ritual.
